Quality Assurance is at the heart of everything we do in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Beyond the need to meet specific requirements and maintain our license to operate, QA is embedded in our mindset and processes. A broad experience from different manufacturers is key to understanding what best practises work and how to implement them successfully. Personally, I believe having a quality mindset is an innate ability. What may be perceived as being selective, careful and opinionated about what it right and wrong, I see as a strength for working in this industry.
